Youth will explore the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, including business planning, marketing, financial literacy, and social innovation. Guided by mentors and local business leaders, they will collaborate in teams to design and present their own business concepts during a final Pitch Showcase, gaining confidence and public speaking skills.

This program equips young people with an entrepreneurial mindset—teaching them to take initiative, embrace challenges, and lead with purpose—skills that extend far beyond business and into every aspect of life.

  The Educational Reentry Pathways program helps youth reengage with their education and build a foundation for lifelong success. Participants receive individualized support to pursue their high school diploma or GED, along with access to vocational training, college preparation, and career exploration opportunities.
